Complaints
We work very hard to try and resolve any issues or concerns you or your child may have in school. We always have staff available in the playground from 8.50am at the start of each day to meet and greet parents and children as they come into school and to enable parents/carers to chat informally and mention any problems as they arise.
Meetings can always be arranged with the class teacher to discuss concerns, or contact can be made by phone if you cannot get into school for a face to face meeting at a convenient time.
In addition to this we have our Learning Mentor, Inclusion Mentor and Behaviour Mentors who work with parents/carers and the children to help them to resolve any problems they may have or to support with any difficulties they are experiencing.
