Inclusion

East Ardsley Primary Academy is an inclusive school and works closely with its pupils, staff, parents and outside agencies to ensure we are able to meet the individual needs of every child who attends here.

We promote the British values of democracy, rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance in everything we do; ensuring the children know and understand what it means to be a valuable member of the school community.  The children at our school have a voice and they use it responsibly to influence change and improve our learning environment.

We are keen to ensure that we treat every child with respect and understanding at that we put our Equality and Diversity Policy at the heart of everything we do.

If you feel your child is not coping in school for any reason please get in touch and discuss your concerns with a member of our Safeguarding Team:

Mrs S Hirst - Deputy Principal

Mrs E Blackmore - Family Support Worker

Mrs G Chester - Learning Mentor.

You can contact them through the school office.
